How do you get customer support from CNQualitygoods?

I've made multiple attempts to request a replacement for my DQG AAA light. The light was received with damaged threads. I discovered that when the threads were cut, that a piece of metal shaving was left within the light, and it damaged the threads.
The light works, but it probably is not water proof, and I believe that the threads will eventually fail.
I submitted emails to both sales, and cnqualitygoods, and have not gotten a response. I have been attempting to get a response for weeks.

I have been promoting their products on CandlePowerForums, but am very disappointed by their poor customer support.
Eariler today, I sent a PM to cnqualitygoods here on this forum, but Eric has not posted since December, I don't have a lot of hope that he'll read his PM.

Here's hoping that someone from the company will see this post, or that a user here, can point me in the right direction.
