This is the extender for bringing a 6P up to a 6R (with lamp and rechargeable cell upgrade) for 3 CR123 loading. It is exactly 70mm in length. haven't had Surefire torches for quite a while, thus have to guess on this one, but at least one member has confirmed this as a 6R conversion extender.
At any rate, I'll take $20 for this tube which is in like-new condition with anodizing having no nicks, scratches, or wear.
