I'm sure you know that Peak LED is a small USA company, and sometimes they seem to run slow on customer responses because they are so busy making flashlights for us. Well, let me tell you that recently I got awesome communication and service from Robyn. In 2008, I put a Peak Pacific AAA on my keychain and left it there for 5 years. Over time, it got dim, though the light itself remained perfect after all that time. Robyn answered my questions and had me send it in after cleaning did nothing to solve it. She confirmed that the Seoul P4 LED had given up, which was common (and not their fault). Seeing as they did not have any parts for this old lamp in stock, Robyn had a new Eiger Ultra QTC made up for me! That is the most similar in shape to the old Pacific, but obviously updated in every way. I just got it today and have been playing with it - super nice.
