surefire L1 red - 4th generation (4 flats body)
includes original box, and unused lanyard. (1 of the ball thingy on the lanyard looks broke. the spring pushed its way through the plastic. you can see it in the pic. i never knew until just yesterday).
i have other L1s, and the head, body and tailcap are the original pieces from this box.
i removed the lanyard ring, but im including a new, unused, sealed in package lanyard ring that i got from surefire.
this is the version that AoW did the amazingly long runtime test.
I got this light brand new sometime last year. Ive only carried it around the house for about a week to try it out. after that, i swapped its head with another of my L1 body and tailcap, and its been a nightstand light ever since. and only time i ever use it is when i go out to the backyard late at night for a smoke. the body and tailcap was put away until now.
there are 2 nicks on the bezel. the bigger nick got there because i was swapping the head onto another body and dropped the head. i have hardwood floors, but unfortunately i had my dumbbell weights underneath me.
there is 2 or 3 tiny missing ano specs on the body, and the tailcap looks mint. the knurling has that grippy new feeling to it, as well as the switch.
ive stuck some of phaserburn's diffuser flim on the lens. and the beam is very nice, looks like a ball of light and still throws pretty well.
it can easily be removed, and i would suggest using a toothpick, or something plastic.
