-Most of my malkoff drop-ins have very little burn time on them as i like the color of my m60w drop-in. If i didn't care for the tint, the drop-in went back into the package it came in and has been sitting. This is not to say that the Malkoff drop-ins are "junk", I just found a color temp that I like.

#5 MALKOFF DEVICES MAGLITE D-P7 DROP-IN 700 lumens N.I.P.
$150
This unit was purchased straight from Gene's website and I am the original owner. This is a maglite drop in for the "D" cell sized maglite. This drop in has 700 lumens of white light. I bought a total of 5 of them back in early 2009. 3 were sold to co-workers who wanted a light like mine. 1 of the drop-ins I still use for work running off of 2x18650 AW2600mah batteries in a 2D maglite with pvc sleeve. I get about 1hr 50min of runtime before the battery protection kicks in. Unlike the XML drop in Gene currently sells that run on 3-4 NIMH'S, this P7 drop-in can run in "D" sized maglites up to the voltage of a maglite 6D using alkaline cells for full output. This would be great for a collector as it has never been fired up and is still sealed in the factory package.
